How do I create an account?

Simply sign in with your existing Skiline account or click on "Register" in the top left corner of the website and fill in the necessary information to take full advantage of all user features and benefits. Complete the registration process by clicking "Create Account".

How do I register?

To log in, click on "Login" in the top left corner of the Skiline Shop and enter your email address and password. You can also easily log in with your Skiline account - just click on "Login with Skiline" on the login page.

I forgot my password. What can I do?

Please send us an e-mail to with your request stating that you have forgotten your password.

Do I have to create an account to shop in the Skiline shop?

No, you do not have to create an account for your purchase. You can also place an order as a guest, but you cannot view your previous orders and must re-enter your contact information each time you place an order.

How do I change my account settings?

After you have logged in on the login page with your email address and password, your name will appear in the top left corner. Click on your name, you can now change your data, such as password, name and e-mail address under profile settings. (These changes only apply to the shop account)

How do I delete my account?

Please send us an email to with your request to delete your account.


Which products are available?

Our Skiline products are available in different sizes, colours and designs for men, women and children, as well as Skiline merchandise products. Every ski season there are new motifs for T-shirts, hoodies and longsleeves. 

What materials are the products made of?

The T-shirts and Longsleeves in the Skiline Shop are made of 100% organic Fairtrade cotton (manufacturer NEUTRAL®). The hoodies are made of 80% cotton and 20% polyester (manufacturer Fruit of the Loom). The multifunctional scarf is made of 100 % polyester and can be washed at 40°C. The fabric is made of 100% polyester. A detailed product description can be found in the product section under "Description".

Where can I see if the articles are available?

In the detailed view of the product you can see if the product is still available, directly below the price.

How do I find an item?

Click on the desired category in the menu - Men, Women, Children or Skiline Merchandise - and find all the stylish products in this category. You can also use the search box in the top right corner to search for your wishes.

How can I order an item?

Select a product, choose the desired colour and size and add it to your shopping cart. In the shopping cart you can check your order again before you proceed to the checkout and make the payment. 

How can I edit the contents of my shopping cart?

Click on the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner and on View shopping cart. In the shopping cart overview, you can edit the quantity, size and colour of the selected item or delete it. 

If you have not yet completed your purchase, you can click on "Continue shopping" below the product overview. 

Can my delivery and billing addresses differ?

Yes, your billing and delivery addresses may differ. In your user account or during the order process, you have the option of entering several billing and delivery addresses. Check that your details are correct before continuing with the order process.  

Where can I find my order number?

You can find the order number in your personal order overview in the shop (order history) after you have registered or in the order confirmation that you have received by e-mail. 

Which payment methods are accepted?

You can pay conveniently with your credit card (Visa and Mastercard), EPS, Giropay or iDEAL in the online shop. No fees apply.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within one week if the order has not yet been shipped. To cancel your order, please send an email with your order number to

Why was my order cancelled?

In rare cases, we may cancel your order. Either the item you ordered is out of stock or payment has failed. If you have any questions, please contact .

What email do I receive when I place my order?

You will receive an e-mail with the order confirmation/invoice to your registered or specified e-mail address.


How do I check my order or delivery status?

Orders placed are stored in your account. To check your order and delivery status, go to your personal account, and click on Order History. Here you will find an overview of your orders, including the order number. You can also view the details of your order by clicking on "View". With every single order you will also see the status of the payment.   What are the shipping costs and how long does the delivery take?

Usually your order will be available within 3-5 business days. In the high season there may be delivery delays outside the standard delivery time. We kindly ask for your understanding.

What do I do if the wrong product was delivered to me?

Please contact immediately with a short description of the problem. The goods can then be returned. 

Can I return goods?

Yes, you can return non-personalised items within 14 days of receipt. Please inform about the return so that the costs can be refunded.  The shipping costs for the return are to be borne by the customer. For damaged and obviously worn and used goods we cannot refund the full price. We ask for your understanding.
